Treatise on the Resurrection

The Treatise on the Resurrection is an epistle addressed to Rheginos, a seeker on the brink of conversion to Valentinian Gnosticism. Central to the author's message is a bold reinterpretation of Christ's resurrection — not as a historical event, but as a call to spiritual awakening. The author urges Rheginos to transcend the illusory world so that he can experience resurrection for himself.
